A Fossil Fuel Report Card for Rhode Island's Banks: CARI's March Community Meeting

All are welcome to join CARI's March 2023 Community Meeting—either in person at Plant City in Providence or on Zoom. Please come in person if you can, but note that you'll need to go down a few stairs. Free parking is available.
Our featured speaker will be Gayle Gifford of CARI's End Fossil Fuel Funding (EFFF) team. She'll describe the fossil fuel banking report card that CARI is developing for RI municipalities and top non-profit institutions to use. Come to learn about the compilation of the report card, and what the next steps are in moving Rhode Island institutions to stop funding fossil fuels.
We'll also have updates from:
- CARI's Politics Team, which has endorsed a number of bills in the RI legislature
- CARI's Recruiting & Activation Team, which could use your help at upcoming fun Earth Day events
- CARI's new pilot Education Team, which is working on reforming college curricula to integrate climate education
