Clevelanders Against Federal Policing welcomes area community members, Ohio police oversight activists, and national police divest-reallocate supporters to meet with with organizers to our spring meeting Monday March 29 at 5pm on Zoom, as we discuss the end of Operation Legend, its failures, our struggle to resist, and lessons learned from the campaign. We'll also learn about the history of federal task forces in the United States and Cuyahoga County, and discuss our next steps to reframe our group for future defunding, resisting, and holding accountable federal police task forces in Cleveland, the County, and Ohio. We want to imagine an abolitionist future in Cleveland, and invite you to join us as we discuss, dream, and conspire together.
