Medicare-for-All Weekend of Action Petitioning Event in AD 48: Azusa

The California Nurses Association, Healthy California campaign, Our Revolution and #KnockEveryDoor are turning up the heat for SB 562 -- a bill that would establish a Medicare-for-All system in California. Join us at this event as part of the statewide Weekend of Action on October 14th and 15th, when we'll host grassroots actions in all 80 Assembly Districts in California.
We will meet at the northern end of Veterans Memorial Park at 10am for a brief training. Then, we will walk over to the nearby Downtown Azusa Goldline Station to begin our petitioning and flyering.
We'll be talking to residents about Medicare-for-All and ask supporters to add their name to the SB 562 petition. Dress for the weather, bring snacks and water. We're going to have a lot of fun, get to know each other and members of our community, and start to do the work in order to guarantee healthcare for all.
