Cross-class solidarity for working-class interests is a difficult thing to achieve and yet a necessary part of our organizing ecosystem. While the current political landscape creates opportunities to agitate and activate many people who want to engage in political organizing, there are often mis-steps on how to capture this growing base to advance the work of the working-class and systems impacted people within our communities.
