Join the SDSA Healthcare Working Group for an educational movie night.
“Bitter Medicine” tells the story of the socialist movement in Saskatchewan that kicked off a revolution towards Canada’s universal healthcare system.
We will be watching the film and leading a discussion on what takeaways we may have a socialist healthcare activists in the United States. In particular, we will consider its context within Plank 2 of the DSA for Medicare for All Organizer's Guide: Building Statewide Campaigns.
