The MWA New Member meeting is a chance to learn about the structure and goals of MWA. We will learn about the various MWA committees and how to get involved with them. We will also get a sense of who makes up the organization: who are the members and what kind of music work do we do? Who is on the steering committee? What sorts of actions have been taken in the past, and where are we headed in the future?

Attending an MWA New Member Meeting is the starting point for both basic membership in MWA, and also the way you can get more involved in our campaigns and day-to-day activities. The MWA Membership Committee looks forward to seeing you!
