As an event organizer, we will provide talking points and other assistance needed to help make your event a success. Here are a few items you will be responsible for in your "Have A Heart, Save Our Parks" event:

* In addition to setting up an event on this site, we recommended you set up a Facebook event to help you promote and communicate with your participants as well.

* Select appropriate park location to hold your event that has ample parking and minimal restrictions.

* Designate someone to take pictures or shoot a video to document your event.

* Before your event, consider hosting a poster making party.

* Be ready to handle media requests.

Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.

URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
