Host Guidelines - Find or Register an Event!

Register an event for Earth Week 2021! Whether your event is virtual or socially distanced, you can register it on YouthEarthWeek.org to be a part of this national youth movement to build a more sustainable planet.

If you're holding a virtual event, you can enter "Virtual Event" as the Location Name, but you MUST put in the Address, City, State, and Zip Code that you're hosting from so that the event shows up on the map. When registering a virtual event, please either put the link to join in the "Instructions For Your Attendees" box or in the auto-response email.

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
