Host Guidelines - Michigan School Board Candidate Forums

Join with others across Michigan in hosting a school board candidate forum in your community. We are looking for education justice advocates to host a candidate forum sometime in mid to late September or early October.

After you sign up to be a host, we will be sure to provide you with templates and support to ensure you have a successful event.

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
