Host Guidelines - WorldWide Climate & Justice Education Week

Make Climate an Event the week of April 1st.

In the description of your event please be sure to include:

1. The type of institution you are (Primary/Elementary school, Middle School, Highschool, Higher Education, Faith, or Art Institution)
2. Contact information for at least 1 organizer
3. The language your event will be hosted in.

Note: To register the form will ask for a time and date, if needed you can easily change these later. Please note in your description if your time/date is to be decided (TBD)

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
Phone number or email address. Will be made public.
