Host Guidelines - Florida Voting Restoration Petition Parties with Women’s March FL

Gathering petitions is simple but important work. Volunteers all across the state have organized events to collect the signatures. Some will fan out at a local mall or sporting event. Others are going door-to-door in their own neighborhoods. We’ll provide all the tools and training you need — blank petitions, basic instructions, and helpful advice.

It’s important that we host these Petition gathering events in line with the protocol and messaging laid out by the Second Chances campaign. If you have not yet been trained by them, we have all of the resources to help you get up to speed.

After you create your event, we will share a Resource List for Petition Party Hosts to get started. It includes everything you need to throw a successful petition party.

If you have any questions, please email info@womensmarchfl.org. We’ll be in touch right away!
