Host Guidelines - Puget Sound Energy Regional Day of Action 9/21

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) wants to expand "natural" fracked gas infrastructure in WA state and thereby increase our dependence on this dangerous fossil fuel for decades to come. They are moving swiftly to build a huge liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility in Tacoma, despite Puyallup tribal and local community opposition. They do not have all their permits yet -- we still have the power to stop them. We want to hold peaceful protests/rallies outside PSE offices across Washington on Thursday, September 21st. Will you host an action at your local PSE office?

Find your local PSE office here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FFzKjvw6Sz3urR0gYr19loxyDB_No0u786MY1Kk5WhQ/edit?usp=sharing

At these actions we can also demand that PSE shut down its coal powered plant in Colstrip, Montana, by 2025 (the dirtiest power plant in the US); bypass “natural” gas conversion; and that we transition immediately to 100% renewables.

Once you create an action, we will send you a toolkit to make these actions easy to organize. All of our actions together will send a loud and clear #NoLNG, #NoFrackingWay, #StandWithPuyallup #RenewableEnergyNow message to PSE!

Okay!
The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
