Host Guidelines - Child Refugees in Calais: Create an event and start a campaign in your area

You are just a few clicks away from setting up your own meeting to support the campaign.

A few things to think of to set up your meeting:
1. Please schedule your meeting before Friday 20th October 2017 (to make sure your letters reach your MP in time).
2. You can hold your meeting at your house or some other suitable location for letter writing and a discussion.
3. Once you've set up your meeting the Safe Passage Team will send you detailed instructions on how to host the meeting as well as a letter writing guide.

Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
