Host Guidelines - Find an event

Our training is made to share, so thank you for hosting a training event near you.

By creating your event here, you will create a shareable, online event registration page, enabling people to RSVP to your event.

You will also be able to view and email your RSVPs to update them about your event or ask them to help promote it.

IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS NOTICE: Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all events should currently be held online only using a video conferencing tool like Zoom. However, this tool requires you to enter a location for your event. To get past this, fill the required fields as follows:

Location = Your video conference
Address = 123 High Street
City = Your town/city
Postcode = Either your postcode or another postcode in your town/city

This will ensure your event appears in roughly the right place on our map.

Okay!
The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.

Upload an image or banner below. Your image should be 1500px wide by any height (600px is suggested). It will be scaled to a final size of 750px wide.
