• By issuing the first-ever domestic gag rule that prevents women’s health clinics receiving Title X funds from providing or discussing abortion with patients, access to healthcare is endangered like never before. Four million women across the country rely on Title X-funded clinics for not only birth control, but for cancer screenings, HIV testing, and STI testing and treatment. A majority of them are young women, people of color, patients in rural areas, and low-income patients.  
• Trump has limited health insurance coverage for birth control and supports dangerous and illegal abortion bans that violate Roe, while aggressively pushing an abstinence-only sex education model.
• The Supreme Court is set to hear its first abortion case with both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the Court. The date has been set for March 4th, 2020.
