Dr. Van Susteren is the expert witness on the psychological damages to young people from inaction on climate in Juliana v US Government, in Held v Montana and in the European Court of Human Rights.

A quandary: those of us who care most about nature tend also to feel the losses most deeply. How can we     maintain our emotional balance amid climate turmoil. Lise van Susteren, frequent contributor on CNN, NBC, the Washington Post and diverse other media, shares how climate activists can protect themselves and the planet, maintaining their advocacy awareness and effectiveness even while they cope with exhausting new developments on biodiversity and climate.
