8:30 - 10:00 - Afterparty at Octopus Literary Salon to continue the conversation

Other notes:
*Transportation to the event - Parking can be hard to find. We recommend biking, carpooling, or taking public transit. The venue is 3 blocks from 19th Street BART.
*Cookies and coffee will be provided by Farley’s Cafe
*The official hashtag for the 100+ town halls happening around the nation is #Road2GND so please use this in any posts
*We’ll have an interactive bulletin board at the event, where folks can write up ideas, tape up flyers, and share contact information and notes so feel free to bring something to share.

As you might have seen in this video recently released by AOC and the Intercept, making the Green New Deal law by 2021 will take incredible collaboration, imagination, determination, and expertise from all of us.
