Whether you are just starting to work on the issues you care about, or want to improve your leadership skills, this training is for you. Over the course of two days, you'll:

• Get an overview of community organizing
• Learn how and why to have one-on-one conversations to build relationships
  
• Analyze power structures - who has it, and how to bring them to your side
  
• Get best practices to develop teams and bring new leaders to your issue
  
• Plan meetings with decision makers
  
• Ask questions of experienced organizers
  
• Hear from young people about their needs and visions
  
• And much, much more...

We especially encourage high school and college age young people, people of color, and women to attend.
