Paul Ainscough, our Elections Officer, will give an update on our planning so far following on the from the feedback meeting held last month.
CROYDON MANIFESTO
We are looking for members to form working groups to decide what policies the Croydon Geen Party should adopt for the 2026 local and mayoral elections.
Voters know the Conservative and Labour administrations have failed. This is an opportunity for us to show voters what a Green mayor and council will do if they vote for it.
The manifesto will set out what the problems are; what our policies will be; how we will implement them and the measures for success.
Working groups will reflect the Croydon Council structure:
- Finance
- Health and Adult Social Care
- Planning and Regeneration
- Communities and Culture
- Children and Young People
- Streets and Environment
- Community Safety, Homes
If you have a special interest or expertise this is an ideal time to get your views turned into action.
We are interested in your ideas and it is not planned to have long meetings. Most of the work will be off line so you can help in your own time, see your groups progress and add your comments.
