Join us for our seminar "Children as Peacebuilders: Equipping Resilient Leaders-Environmental Justice" at 12:00 pm EST on Saturday, April 23rd.

This month On Earth's Peace's Environmental Justice Organizer, Calum Clow, and our Children's Peace Formation Organizer, Hadil Alhayek, will be addressing Environmental Justice as part of On Earth Peace's Earth Day activities, equipping caregivers and educators with tools, such as storytelling using OEP's Read Aloud Program, to talk to children and the community about issues surrounding environmental justice. This month, we invite you to bring your children to the seminar to participate in fun and environment-friendly activities, and to learn about the ways they can help protect our precious environment. Children and adults will be able to participate in an arts and crafts activity reusing items from home, we will be using markers or crayons, recycled paper or cardboard from around the home (old newspaper, pieces of cardboard, old handouts from school), and scissors.
