Have you seen or heard ....Extinction rebellion are in Canberra right now holding our government to account.

Incredible and courageous rebels from several states are participating in escalated Non-Violent direct actions causing disruption and Noncompliance with our judicial system.....This is the necessary and proportionate response to the climate crisis.

This session is for rebels who know in their hearts and bellies that we must act now, it is our duty to hold our government to account in its duty of care to our children, to us and future generations.

We all know the crisis is here, its big, it’s scary …and its up to all of us to step into our courage and actively participate,  We sit on the shoulders of past movements and those that have stepped forward now (in Canberra), together we can do this, however, it is going to take thousands of us working together to force our government to ACT NOW.

This session includes presentations, testimonials of those in Canberra, group discussions, question time and importantly it is designed to help you to find your individual pathway into XR, and get actively involved.

There is a full spectrum of skills and roles urgently needed to enable sustained and prolonged Nonviolent civil disobedience to force the climate crisis to the top of the agenda when Parliament sits in October.

Together it is possible, if we all give some time, some courage and some love we can make pivotal change. Please register for this session here. (This is one of several On-line sessions taking place over the next 2 weeks while Canberra escalation continues).

Come to this session learn about the Canberra actions,  “duty of care” strategy & and how to get involved. REGISTER NOW .....

What’s happening isn’t fiction, it’s fact:
We are...the last generation that can take steps to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.
Ban Ki-Moon, Secretary-General, United Nations

“We can no longer afford to assume that addressing climate change is the sole responsibility of national or local governments, or corporations or individuals. It's time to participate in non-violent political movements wherever possible.”
Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary of the United Nations
    Framework Convention on Climate Change

We acknowledge all the traditional custodians of this land on which we rebel, who have been facing extinction and in rebellion since colonisation. Sovereignty was never ceded. We pay respects to Ngunnawal elders past, present and emerging.
