The SCHADS award hasn't changed in 30 years, but our work has. It's time for change and we need everyone to stand with us, so that your skills and experience are better recognised.

Whether its underpayment, no pay point progression, underclassification, or workload, it all comes back to the Award!

That's why we have called for a national week of action this November. ASU members from across the community and disability sectors are coming together to unite workers and our sector in our call to update our award. ASU members call on our participants, service users, community and employers to join us.

This event is a family friendly barbecue. Bring a friend down and lets talk about sector updates, meet other ASU members in town, and make our work better together!
