Thanks to all who attended our meeting on Tuesday!

We discussed:

• promoting the 3rd CD Listening Session in Tomah on August 27th sponsored by Indivisible WI-03 (More details and a promotional flyer will be sent out soon.)
• tabling at Open Streets La Crosse on September 3rd to promote our group and upcoming events and teach/help people to register to vote. If you would like to help out, contact Arlene
• panelists to invite for our Meet Your County/State Government and possible dates/locations
• potentially hosting this year's Fighting Bob Fest in September (click here for more info)

August 29, 30, and 31: La Crosse United to Amend will be holding trainings for those who'd like to collect signatures for the "We the People" amendment. Contact Pam for more information. If we collect enough signatures in September, a city resolution stating the corporations are not people and money is not speech will the on the ballot this spring. We'll send out more details as they come. ve
