Governor DeSantis has failed to act to Ban Fracking in Florida despite his promise to advocate the legislature to ban fracking on day one of his administration. He has failed to meet with the Floridians Against Fracking coalition to discuss his plans to ban fracking statewide. DeSantis HAS met with corporations who pay exorbitant funds to his PAC. (Duke Energy paid $100,000 to spend a day playing golf with the Governor!)

2020 is a leap year, meaning Governor DeSantis has an “extra” day to ban fracking.
