Over the past year tech companies have reported record profits while implementing mass layoffs. Workers are facing job insecurity while tech bosses seek to drive down worker expectations and pay. Being in the dark about each other’s compensation only helps to enable this pressure. We're tabling at the Saturday SLU market to ask tech workers to share their pay information to expose disparities that ultimately drag all of our compensation down.
