Maryland and Washington DC peers have an impressive network of individuals helping people on a one on one basis in the recovery community space.

PEERS UNITE! is an in person listening and learning session where peers can share about what barriers people are facing in their communities, identify advocacy strategy and priorities, and learn from each other's victories.

This event is open to any DC or Maryland Recovery Peer and registration is strongly encouraged due to limited space at the facility.

This event will be facilitated by Peer Recovery Center of Excellence, and was organized in partnership between Mobilize Recovery, the DC Health Alliance Network, MD and DC - Recovery Advocacy Project, Opioid Response Network, DC Recovery Community Alliance and the Maryland Peer Advisory Council
