As part of Coastal Cleanup Month 2023, the Mattole Restoration Council will be hosting a cleanup event in Petrolia. Meet at McNutt Bridge (40°21'13"N 124°21'40"W) between 9 and 11am for supplies, strategy, comradery and/or assistance. Trash drops will be available at regular beach access points. Some supplies will be available if needed. If you can, bring a bucket and gloves. Be prepared for beach weather and please bring water, sun protection and wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
