PGA Trump Protest (Please Go Away)

Start: Sunday, May 28, 2017 1:00 PM

End: Sunday, May 28, 2017 4:00 PM

On Sunday, May 28, as the KitchenAid-sponsored Senior PGA tour comes to Trump National Golf Club, we'll be in Sterling, VA lining the streets, out on the water, and talking to the media - telling all who will listen: Donald Trump does not represent us, our families or our values.

Whether you are most bothered by his conflicts of interest, the lies, the dismantling of our freedoms, or all of the above, we want you to join us for a day of protest this Memorial Day weekend. If you can't be there in person, participate in our social media protest, reminding KitchenAid and the PGA that they need to cut all ties with the Trump brand.

America wants a mulligan! To us "PGA" just means, "Donald....please go away!"

Ways to get involved:
1) Immediately / remotely - Join our social media protest! Find the guide, with pre-written posts and tweets, as well as great meme images and flyers, here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B7XfvOJQc9VdN05sOHU1YzJSaGs?usp=sharing1

Change your profile picture to one of the images available in the folder and post this status:

"Want to know why my profile picture is a KitchenAid mixer in a Donald Trump wig? Go to [link to this page] for more info!"

2) In person: plan to attend the protest. We'll have resources available on this page for those who want to protest by land or by sea (OK, by river, but you get the idea). Invite your friends, fellow activists, people who have been wanting to get involved but haven't - anyone and everyone; we need a strong showing!
