Hands off of the Abortion Pill: The Christian Fascist Plan for A Federal Abortion Ban!

On April 7, a Trump-appointed federal judge in Texas, Matthew Kacsmaryk, ruled to block the FDA's approval of mifepristone, one of the pills used in ti medication abortion regimen. This medication has been used safely and very effectively for decades.

This is Illegitimate!

If this ruling stands, it could ban abortion providers everywhere from prescribing mifepristone. Absent major public outcry, such a decision would likely be upheld.

Join us w/ Sam Goldman, national leader with @rise4abortionrights & host of the @refusefascism Podcast. This day is significant because on May 17, 2023 the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will be hearing a case on Mifepristone (abortion pill.) We will discuss the impact of the overturning of Roe. V. Wade, an abortion pill ban, the Christian Fascist program for a federal abortion ban, and how we MUST build a RESISTANCE movement to turn this around for girls,women, and non-binary folx.
