The New York Democratic Primary is less than six weeks away. We have fewer than 42 days to contact the voters we need to send Phara, a union nurse and a socialist who stands for universal healthcare, housing justice, and the working class to represent us in Albany.

We know that every single call and conversation counts. In New York City, progressive candidates have lost competitive elections by fewer than 60 votes. That's why we need you, the person reading this, to join NYC-DSA and the Brooklyn Electoral Working Group for a Big Phonebank for Phara on Saturday, May 16! We'll connect with community members about candidates and policies that will work for all of us, not just the wealthy elite. We'll also make sure voters have the information they need to apply for absentee ballots so they can vote by mail.

Never phonebanked before? No worries! We will begin with a training on the script, using the dialer, talking points about Phara and her campaign, and tips for good conversations.
