Pierce College Voter Registration (5/2)
Start: Wednesday, May 02, 2018•11:30 AM
End: Wednesday, May 02, 2018• 1:30 PM
Help us register the newest and youngest voters of California. Studies show that if you vote when you are young, you become a lifelong voter. Let's register some lifelong voters. Our country's democracy depends upon them.
If you have never registered voters before, we will train you.
Day Pass for Parking: enter through the Winnetka Ave. main entrance or Mason St. entrance. Drive to Sheriff's station (yellow building on right-hand side of the map). Park in front of the office, get permit for your windshield. The only lots available for visitors are Lot 1 or Lot 7. FYI, Lot 7 is closest to free speech area (see blue circle in the middle of the map) where the registration will take place. When requesting the parking permit, identify yourself as a volunteer from the League of Women's Voters.
Leaving the Sheriff's office - drive forward to the gate/staff parking area (punch button and tell them you're a visitor) proceed forward on Avenue of Champions, out of the gate and turn left on Olympic Drive - drop off supplies (tables, forms, and other passengers) and proceed to Lot 7.
