The aftermath of the holidays is always a good time to rest and recharge, which is helped by the short days and long nights of the winter. Why not ring in the new year with a nice, relaxing movie with your comrades? Yep, just a nice chill movie night sounds nice. Which is why we'll be watching American Psycho on the evening of January 9th at the Arkadin! I could make the point that a theme of the film is that Capitalism is making us all mentally ill to one extent or another, but either you've seen the movie already and are well aware, or you haven't seen it and you'll get the picture very quickly. Anyway, come on out, this movie has everything you could want. Horror, humor, satire, Christian Bale expressing contempt in dozens of ways, it has it all. Like previous movie nights, admission will be free!
