This session is designed for moms who suspect they have faced discrimination at work due to pregnancy or postpartum circumstances. Whether you were fired, faced hostility after announcing your pregnancy, or need accommodations to stay on the job, this workshop will empower you to take action and defend your rights.

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the laws that protect your rights as a worker, including federal workplace anti-discrimination laws, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Our experts will guide you through how these laws can help protect you, what to look for if you suspect discrimination, and walk us through navigating filing complaints, and offer other support resources available to you.
