Labor law in the United States has been broken for decades and is long overdue for an overhaul. The PRO Act will empower workers to organize more efficiently and effectively for improved wages and working conditions. It streamlines the organizing process, weakens employers' ability to break unions, sets penalties for employers who violate workers' rights, and much more.

The bill recently passed in the US House, and has support from Senator Bob Casey. Senator Pat Toomey must also stand with the workers he represents and vote YES on the PRO Act.
