The Racial Justice Learning Collective discusses intersectional justice with a focus on race.
The Learning Collective is a monthly 2-hour workshop with pre-readings for you to reflect on in between. The learning and discussions we have in this space should be brought back to our organisations and teams to help inform the way we organise.
Join us for this special edition of the RJLC hosted at Friends of the Earth, . The space is open to FoE collectives in Naarm, so we can work together to reflect on our place in the movement as individuals and teams, and as non-white and white people. If you want to prioritise justice and solidarity in your organising, this is your chance to show up and learn!
All sessions are written and facilitated by POC, with this session focusing the essay White Supremacy Culture, written in 1999 by Tema Okun.
