We will rally for JUSTICE & EQUITY. PGCEA and The Southern Christian Leadership Conference of Prince George’s is calling on the Governor to implement a Comprehensive Plan to address racial, environmental, economical, and judicial disparities within Maryland to include the reforming of policing for the 21st Century.

To begin we must abolish the Law Enforcement Officers Bill of Rights (LEOBR). This bill yielding similar repercussions to the Crime Bill of the 1990’s was the catalyst for so many law enforcement agencies across the nation, shielding troubled officers under a thin silent blue tape. Also to fund our HBCU institutions and our community schools.
