Over the past year, parents, students, and staff at Paul Robeson High School have organized to demand that the School District of Philadelphia commit to long-overdue renovations of our school building. Due to a lack of air conditioning, an outdated electrical system, and the growing impact of climate change, classroom temperatures top 95 degrees in the warmer months, putting the health and well-being of students and staff at risk.

After pressure from our school community, district officials have told us that there is funding available to update our electrical system and to install air conditioning.

Join Robeson parents, students, and staff at a rally outside our building on Friday, May 6th at 3:00 PM, to keep the pressure on district management to follow through with this commitment! Robeson cannot wait.
