UPDATE: MAJOR CLIMATE LEGISLATION FILED
The legislature just filed SB 305, the Climate Change Solutions Act. This would be the boldest climate legislation passed in the history of our state, if we can get it across the finish line.

This bill would reduce our emissions by 50% by 2030 and be on a path towards net-zero emissions by 2050 with a 90% emissions reduction target. It calls for a just and equitable transition to a decarbonized economy and for vulnerable populations to be a part of the planning process from the beginning.

That is what we have been fighting for this year, and what we need your help to ensure happens in Delaware by passing the Climate Change Solutions Act.

Legislators will be back in session after their budget meetings and need to know that the people demand this bill be passed in 2022!
