The Rally In the Valley is an opportunity for state employees to come together and learn about the path forward in our efforts to win collective bargaining rights. The right to negotiate wages, benefits and conditions of employment with our employer will give us a voice to improve our jobs and lives. Nevada state employees are the only public employees in the state without this right.

The conference will focus on learning core facts about collective bargaining and how we achieve it. Attendees will also work together to understand and participate in the next key steps in this process. Attendees are encouraged to attend the entire event.
