On the morning of March 12th we'll be rallying outside the Wilson building to demand that the developer and landlord lobbys' planned rollback of TOPA be stopped by the DC Council. Come and let councilmembers know how TOPA is an important tenant protection and that it should be expanded, not restricted! We'll hear from tenant leaders from across the district who have experienced TOPA before and later head inside to make some office visits to officials considering TOPA restrictions.
