The UM-System administration is looking to drastically cut workers' benefits such as accrued leave. The administration's proposal could cut workers' total leave by 10 days a year! This significant cut could harm more than 13,000 UM-System staff members across the state at UMKC, UMSL, MU, MU Healthcare, & Missouri S&T campuses.

We came together and rallied earlier this month, and the administration had to take notice. We have to keep the pressure up ahead of the September meeting that will decide whether or not to cut workers' benefits.
