- 11 a.m. - Check-in opens on the Capitol Lawns
- 12 p.m. - Program begins
- Post-program – Lobbying activities, including delivery of postcards to legislators

Remote parking will be available at MEA HQ (1216 Kendale Blvd., East Lansing, MI 48823), with shuttle service to the Capitol starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending around 3:00 p.m.
T-shirts will be available for purchase for $10 (cash or check) at the tent on the Capitol lawn.
