Join us for this soothing, on-the-ground workshop exploring how we grow regenerative culture in activism - at the Occupy for Climate camp in Parliament Gardens. Led by experienced XR Rebels who know the meaning of the word burn-out and understand the toll that activism and climate grief can take on our mental and physical health and our relationships with our friends and families.  

The workshop will be outdoors and the weather may be wet so come prepared with sitting mat/chair, umbrella etc.
