Last January, MoCo DSA and partners in the HOME Act Coalition canvassed the Blairs in downtown Silver Spring and met countless tenants who are ready for rent stabilization in Montgomery County. Since then, tenants have experienced even more rent increases and disruptive maintenance projects. Join us this Sunday to invite tenants to a meeting with their County Council member and gauge interest in forming a tenant assoication.
