The NEA Center for Organizing has identified a list of 20,001 young educators who were members of the NEA Aspiring Educator Program from 2010-2017, are currently teaching, and have not yet joined their local association. Our experience through the New Ed Campaign shows that when engaged in a 1-1 conversation linked to how we can support their growth in the profession, they are 48-68% more likely to join their local association.

RSVP for this webinar, Laying the Groundwork for a Successful Back to School Recruitment and New Ed Campaign, and learn more about how the NEA Center for Organizing can support your organizing goals.

This year 15,630 NEA student members will graduate and take their first teaching job this fall. Most stay in the state where they went to school. NEA's Alumni Ambassador Program is ready to help you sign up these new members before school even starts.

We already have a phone number, email, and mailing address for nearly every single one of these current student members. In addition, through our Career Fair Organizing Program, we are identifying an additional target universe of graduating seniors from schools of education. We are ready to work with you to provide these targeted lists and set up virtual phone banks, Hustle text campaigns, and other organizing tactics to connect with and recruit these incoming educators.

RSVP today, and we'll send you the login details.
