ROP-LA is a collective of restaurant workers organizing to change how the restaurant industry works in Los Angeles County. Our guiding philosophy is that real material change will not happen until workers stand together and take collective action – against retaliatory bosses, abusive managers, and an industry set up to normalize the exploitation of workers in the front and back of the house.
