RISE (Re-invest in Supportive Environments) for Youth is a statewide nonpartisan campaign coalition in support of effective community-based alternatives to youth incarceration.  The coalition is advocating for state legislators to re-invest funding from the closure of large juvenile prisons into building a strong continuum of community-based services that will rehabilitate youth and make our communities safer.  Join us on January 5th and join the movement for  responsible and rehabilitative juvenile justice reform in Virginia!
