Frank Moseley is a Social Entrepreneur, a Certified Financial Literacy Instructor, and founder of the Social Education for Economic Development Initiative (S.E.E.D. 4 All), an organization to remove barriers adversely impacting economic growth for low to moderate-income people of color in underserved communities of Virginia.   He serves as Co-Chair of the Reparations Circle for the Richmond Chapter of Coming To The Table, an organization engaging on both sides of the color line in facilitated conversations on race relations.

Rev. Gary Callis has spent over 20 years assisting at-risk youths and dropouts by teaching manners, respect, and responsible decision-making.  He works to stabilizing parents and helping to educate, invigorate and motivate young adults with vital training programs.  He also works with families to help resolve their domestic issues, provide family counseling, and access essential resources and programs.  Rev Calis works with adults 18 - 88, serving the homeless population by finding food, shelter, and social services.  He works with the re-entry population, finding housing employment and teaching them how to start their own business.
