This June, tenants from all over New York State helped pass the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, giving New York State it's strongest tenant protections in almost 30 years! But what does that actually mean?

We'll tell you! Join us at the Rockville Centre Public Library where we'll explain the changes under this new law and what they mean for us tenants! We'll also explore ways you can organize and take advantage of these new laws, and what we're going to be fighting for in 2020 and beyond (we've definitely won big in 2019, but we're not stopping there!)
