In July, the Rockville City Council and Mayor voted to end discussion of rent stabilization and hold a series of discussions about other housing issues throughout the fall. For the last of these discussions, the Council and Mayor will discuss housing stability -- without discussion of rent stabilization. Around 7:25pm, Rockville tenants will testify about the continued need for rent stabilization in the city of Rockville during the open forum session and later in the evening, the City Council and Mayor will discuss housing stability.
